RECIPE

CATALAN TOAST/ TOSTADA CATALANA

Cook time: 10 minutes

Level: very easy
INGREDIENTS

. bread
. oil
. cared meat typical from catalonia ( fuet, llangonisa, pernil salat, pernil dolç, ball blanc i negre).

METHODE

1- First, cut the bread and toast it. Then dress it whit oil.
2- Decorate the top of the toast with the cured meat.
3- Finally you eat it.
